Tim Healey (Coburn)
North American Tour 2008
Modern Primitive TourTim Healey is a music producer and club DJ. As a self-styled music-machine, and one of the hardest working men in dance, he DJs every weekend and produces music during the week. Tim describes his music as “Kick-ass party music”, and you would be hard pushed to disagree. Regular tours of South America and Europe have had clubbers and party-goers dancing their socks off. Spending almost every weekend for the last 15 years entertaining crowds of clubbers and festival-goers around the globe has given Tim a unique insight into what makes a quality DJ set, where electro-house collides head-on with beats, breaks and booties; where skewed-pop gets a rock-edge, and all in the name of damn-fine dance music. North America has been waiting for the cutting edge Electro sound that Tim Healey is known for and the time for an introduction is now. Available Dates are from September 19th – September 29th 2008.

Markus Mehta (Electronic Soul, Punk ‘ID, Headtunes)
Available for North America September 1st – September 15th 2008
Modern Primitive TourMarkus has been rocking parties around the world for nearly ten years now. Personal invitations by luminaries such as Sven Vaeth & Christian Smith prove he is well respected for his refined sensibilities and excellent ability to read any dance-floor. His vision has always been to present party people with an eclectic musical selection; something different from the drab and mundane. Markus’ sets are upfront & deep at the same time, with a nasty injection of sex and funk - specifically designed to drive the vibe through the roof.

New Releases:

Alec Chizhik & Markus Mehta "Compas"  - Punk'ID Records / Belgium

Alec Chizhik & Markus Mehta "Transit EP" - Headtunes Records / USA

Markus Mehta’s "India" release will be part of the "Great Summer Games Stuff" compilation to be released in mid July.

The “Great Summer Games Stuff” compilation is 24 anthems by 24 amazing artists from 24 different countries to support their national teams at the Olympic summer games in the Chinese capital Beijing. This is the concept of the second Great Stuff compilation (after Great Carnival Stuff) full of wonderful exclusive tracks. And of course the original Olympic idea (“not to win but to take part”) is inseparably linked to the respect of the human rights. Be it in the sports stadium or on the dancefloor. This ideal is emphasized by the Austrian duo Makossa & Megablast who decided to start for Tibet (instead of their home country) with a Mantra spoken by a Tibetan monk: Düsum Sangye (The Prayer to Guru Rinpoche for Removing Obstacles and Fulwilling Wishes: Guru Rinpoche, the Buddha of past, present and future. "Dewa Chenpo"- Guru of Great Bliss-the source of all the Siddhis. "Düd Dül Drakpo Tsal"- Wrathful One that subdues Negativity- who removes all obstacles. Grant your blessings we pray! Through them, may all obstacles-outer, inner and secret- be quelled, and may all our aspirations be fulfilled.
